Design & Material Selection (2–4 Weeks)

The next phase is detailed design. In this stage, you will work with the designers to finalize the design of the cabinets, countertops, appliances, and other finishes. This is an important part of ensuring that the time frame for your kitchen remodeling project stays on schedule.

Permits and Materials Ordering (2–6 Weeks)

Depending on the work scope, permits may be required. Simultaneously, the ordering of materials begins. High-quality custom work may stretch this phase, but good planning keeps down downtime.

Demolition & Construction (4–8 Weeks)

It is during this point that your kitchen renovation process will start to reveal itself. Demolition of older materials happens, followed by structural work, electrical work, plumbing, cabinetry installation, and countertops. Click to see actual projects in our Gallery.

Final Touches & Completion (1–2 weeks)

Appliances are installed, followed by the installation of lights, backsplashes, and finishing work. A walk-through is done to ensure all work carried out is of acceptable quality to Abruzzi Design
